Cyano wallet dAPI

The OEP6 proposal defines the Explorer dAPI standard.

Based on this proposal, we have made ontology-dapi available for employing and using it with the dApp. dAPI has been implemented using Typescript, but it can be used in programs written using Javascript as well.
